In the living room there are a sofa bed, dining table, chairs, TV, air conditioning. There are Wi-Fi and cable TV. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils. In the bathroom: plumbing, washing machine, hair dryer, bath. Bed linen, towels, disposable slippers, gels, shampoos are provided. There are shopping centers, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, attractions, shopping centers nearby. The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay of six people. Number of sleeping places:2+2+2. The house has elevator, clean front door, magnetic lock. An apartment does not have a balcony.

В квартире запрещено курить! При заселении в квартиру берётся залог в размере 100 USD. Залог возвращается при выезде, при условии, что квартире не нанесен ущерб. Ми можем предоставить отчетные документы и трансфер. Стоимость квартиры может меняться на выходные праздничные дни. Туристический сбор не входит в стоимость квартиры и оплачивается дополнительно в размере от 0.5% до 5% от МЗП. При сокращении срока проживания средства не возвращаются. Возврат возможен, только если квартира будет сдана другим гостям на даты, которые были сокращены. Smoking in our apartment is not allowed! We can provide accounting documents and transfer service. Upon check-in, a deposit of 100 USD is charged. The deposit is returned upon check-out, if that the apartment is not damaged. The cost of an apartment can be changed on weekends and on public holidays. If the period of stay is shortened, the funds will not be refunded. Refunds are possible only if the apartment is rented out to other guests on dates that have been reduced. The air conditioning service is paid separately if you need to use it. That is, air conditioning is not included in the room price, but is ordered as a separate service. The cost of air conditioning is 200 UAH per day. У квартирі заборонено палити! При заселенні в квартиру береться застава в розмірі 100 USD. Застава повертається при виїзді, за умови, що квартирі не завдано збитків. Ми можемо надати звітні документи і трансфер. Вартість квартири може змінюватися на вихідні святкові дні. У разі скорочення терміну проживання кошти не повертаються. Повернення можливе, лише якщо квартира буде здана іншим гостям на дати, що були скорочені. Послуга кондиціонер сплачується додатково при потребі його використання. Тобто в вартість номера кондиціонер не входить, а замовляється як окрема послуга. Вартість 200 грн за добу за один кондиціонер.
