При заселении в квартиру берётся залог в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Залог возвращается при выезде, при условии, что квартире не нанесен ущерб. Туристический сбор не входит в стоимость квартиры и оплачивается дополнительно в размере от 0.5% до 5% от МЗП. При сокращении срока проживания средства не возвращаются. Возврат возможен, только если квартира будет сдана другим гостям на даты, которые были сокращены. Услуга кондиционера оплачивается дополнительно при необходимости его использования. То есть в стоимость номера кондиционер не входит, а заказывается как отдельная услуга. Стоимость 200 грн в сутки за один кондиционер.
