Прохання попереджати про час виселення за день до виїзду (не пізніше 20.00). Курити у квартирі суворо ЗАБОРОНЕНО! Стягуємо штраф! Квартира НЕ здається для святкувань днів народжень, проведення масових заходів чи просто посидіти з друзями! Виселяємо будь-якої миті без повернення оплати. Прохання не ходити по квартирі у взутті. Заселення здійснюється безпосередньо на заброньованій квартирі. При заселенні вноситься повна оплата замовлення, укладається договір оренди, наявність паспорта обов'язкова! Для проживання людей віком від 25 років. Ранній заїзд – до 14:00 години оплачується окремо у розмірі 1 доби проживання у квартирі. Пізній заїзд до квартири (після 22:30) оплачується додатково -300 грн. Пізній виїзд (з 12:00 до 18:00) оплачується окремо у розмірі половини добового проживання у квартирі. Пізній виїзд після 18:00 – у розмірі 1 доби проживання у квартирі.
