Уютная, теплая, тихая квартира на тихой улице старого Подола. Прекрасно отдохнул здесь на Рождество, отоспался в удобной кровати и расслаблялся в мягком удобном кресле. Чувствовал здесь себя комфортно.
10.00Location (if you need to be in that part of Kyiv, which I did, and that was the main reason for choosing this apartment). Keyless entry system - saves on often time consuming arrangements to check in/out. Decent size.
It's actually very difficult to evaluate this apartment as it's clearly marketed a 'budget', so one's expectations have to be adjusted accordingly. However, even taking the above into account, I cannot, in all conscience, give it high ranking. Two main reasons are what I can only describe as the general "yuck factor" (e.g., due to the state of the bed headboard) and the lack of proper independent water heater - the one installed is basically nominal, and may be enough to wash a plate or two, but doesn't even come close to enabling one to take a shower; with central heating off for some 24 hours during my stay, that was quite a bit of a problem.
