ID documents (passport or driver's license) are required. The apartment is not rent for guest omers under 21 years. Pets are not allowed. Celebrations of birthdays, parties or other events are not allowed. With public order offences and complaints from neighbors, the Administration reserves the right to evict guests without refund of paid funds. We take a security deposit in the amount of daily cost.
