При заезде и выезде снимаются показания электросчетчика и при выселении производится оплата за потребленную электроэнергию. При сокращении дат взимается штраф. Размер штрафа оговаривается дополнительно с владельцем и остается на усмотрение владельца. При поселенні необхідно пред'являти паспорт. Стягується застава в розмірі не менше добової вартості проживання (заставна сума повертається при виїзді). При заїзді і виїзді знімаються показання електролічильника і при виселенні проводиться оплата за спожиту електроенергію. При скороченні дат стягується штраф. Розмір штрафу обговорюється додатково з власником і залишається на розсуд власника. You must show your passport upon check-in. A deposit of no less than the daily cost of living is charged (the security deposit is refunded on departure). At check-in and check-out, the meter readings are taken and the payment for the consumed electricity is made upon eviction. If the dates are shortened, a penalty will be charged.
