Якщо зіпсовано електроприлади (фен, праска, плита, мікрохвильова піч, телевізор, холодильник, пральна машина, кондиціонер і т.д). 4. В тому випадку, якщо зіпсована постільна білизна, рушники (у крові, залиті червоним вином або розірвано). 5. Якщо під час вашого знаходження в квартирі( проживання, оренди) було гучно і на вас поступила скарга від сусідів, мешканців будинку. Залог не повертається.
